Meet Dr. Kay

​Dr. Kay is a multi-tasking entrepreneur who made history at the young age of 22, she became owner of the first black female owned Beauty Supply store in Bowling Green, KY appropriately named Degrees of Hair.  She has 20 years of small business consulting experience and equally as much (experience) in Higher Education, Human Resource Management, Corporate Training, and Strategy Consultation.  Dr. Kay has an MBA and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership.  With her experiences and education, this phenomenal woman has honed her skills making her an exceptional Motivational Speaker, Educator and Strategy Consultant.  She is leading a movement to help people create the life they dream of living.   She comes from a place of personal transformation and wants to empower individuals to take control of how they experience life!
